A father and son, bonded by the military

SPENCER - Scott Tourtellot, left, a Navy Veteran, sits with his son, Christopher Tourtellot of Gardner, during the 100th anniversary celebration of the founding of the American Legion on Saturday. Christopher served 31 years in the Army, retiring in 2016. The duo often travels together to military ceremonies. After the festivities in Spencer, they were headed to Quincy for a Sons of the American Revolution event.
